Tyler Lees Schmut

Tyler has been working as a strength and conditioning coach for more than 10 years.  He is a graduate of the George Brown College Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program.  This program provided him with in-depth knowledge of many facets of fitness as a lifestyle, including lifting techniques, nutrition counseling and behavior modification.

Tyler is a driven strength coach whose number one goal is to impart as much knowledge to clients as possible.  He continues to train diligently, and plays hockey and tennis recreationally. His love of all things related to physical strength and movement culture is the basis for his insight and innovation in coaching instruction and program design.

Martin Colangelo

Martin’s passion for physical achievement drives his own training as he consistently works to expand his knowledge and experience.  He holds certifications at StrongFirst and Functional Movement Systems, and is able to deploy this knowledge with a skilled and discerning eye in his coaching sessions and program design.

​Martin is a role model who leads by example. His personal movement practice encompass all types of physical abilities. He is endlessly searching for new, actionable and applicable information in Neuroscience, Physiology and exercise science.
